A Texas chiropractor's referral network billed $203 million to the federal workers' comp fund for injured federal employees, collecting $98 million before his 14-year sentence.
Garry Wayne Craighead took kickbacks from pharmacies, hospitals and surgical clinics in exchange for referring federal employees hurt on the job to them. He was sentenced in June 2016.
